Kerri is a rock star!! She knows the market very well. Her attention to detail is also excellent. We had the unfortunate situation of negotiating a deal remotely and having some issues with the inspection and such. Kerri knew exactly who to call and stayed on top of it to ensure that the issues were resolved timely.
