The days are still warm, ski season anticipation is near but you won’t have to shovel the sidewalks just yet (hopefully!). As always, here are this month’s to-do’s to savor the season.

NEW CHICKEN SHOP!

Your new easy go-to dinner is coming soon! The owners of Five5eeds have been busy, in addition to opening Matilda later this year, they’re first introducing Tilly’s! Tilly’s will bring an Aussie classic to PC — charcoal chickens. Think your normal go-to rotisserie meal, but so much better. They’ll also have large salads and healthy sides. I’m excited to check this out, they’ll be in the old Sammy Bistro Express spot in Kimball. Follow their Instagram for updates.

TOUR DES SUDS

Tour des Suds is a 7-mile mountain bike climb starting at City Park on Sept 8. Go hard and treat it like a legit mtb race (yes, there are awards) or a crazy costume party on bikes. Either way, it’s 2,200′ of vert straight up to the finish line/Skullcandy Party Station at the top of Empire Pass!
