Ski season is right around the corner! With a little snow under our belt, Park City is gearing up for what will hopefully be a good snow year, but until then there is still lots to do and so much to be thankful for! I’m grateful to live in Park City every day but I always feel a bit more nostalgic this time of year. Bring on the snow, comfort food, and let’s get ready to ski! As always, here are my PC to-do’s for November.

CHARCOAL CHICKEN

There’s a new Aussie staple coming to town, Tilly’s Charcoal Chicken. I’ve heard charcoal chicken is GOOD (and it’s from the Five5eeds team so you know it’s going to be really good). It’s the perfect go-to for a quick, nutritious, and tasty meal. They’ll be opening in Kimball this month and are kicking things off with a Thanksgiving catering menu. I’m excited about this spot! Deer Valley’s Expanded Excellence initiative is underway! The East Village will open this season with three new chairlifts, 300+ new acres of skiable terrain, several new ski runs, and additional parking spaces. Upcoming phases for the 2025-26 season will add six more chairlifts, dozens of new ski runs, and hundreds more parking spaces.
