It’s the most wonderful time of the year in Park City! The slopes are covered in snow, the lights are all aglow, and there’s something so magical about the holidays here. I’m ready to shop at my favorite local shops, indulge in food (make sure to get your dinner reservations!), and spend time with my friends and family. Wishing you and your family the happiest of holidays.
Here’s to the Good Life and a good 2025!

GOOD FOOD
TILLY’S CHARCOAL CHICKEN
From everyone’s favorite brunch spot, comes another elevated dining concept! The owners of Five5eeds are bringing an Aussie staple to Park City—Tilly’s Charcoal Chicken. I went and checked it out over their soft opening weekend and it was GOOD! This is a great (and elevated) takeaway option. At the heart of Tilly’s is the Josper rotisserie, a specialized fully charcoal-fired oven crafted in Barcelona, Spain that creates a distinctive golden crust while sealing in moisture. I can confirm: the chicken is GOOD. Also, you have to try the Lebanese garlic sauce! I’m excited to bring this home to the family as an easy and affordable to-go option that’s fresh (and mostly so I don’t have to cook!). Also, Tilly’s has a no-tipping policy, focusing instead on straightforward pricing for their takeout-oriented service model. Love that and love Tilly’s chicken and the crew, go check it out!
