Despite all the Sundance news, I don’t want to dwell on the festival leaving town, but rather, let’s focus on what’s coming! Spring in Park City is as vibrant (and unpredictable!) as ever, with exciting events, great food, and plenty of things to do this season. As always, here are this month’s things to do!

WINE FESTIVAL, THIS WEEKEND!
Calling all wine lovers—the Park City Wine Festival is back for the Spring Edition! From April 5-7, the festival brings together the best wines from around the world and features tastings, events, and pairings. There are some tickets available, including an event at newly opened Matilda!
EASTER EATS
Hop into Easter weekend in Park City with delicious eats and festive events! From Easter brunches at local favorites to family-friendly activities, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
X GAMES
The X Games will make their debut in Salt Lake City from June 27 to June 29, 2025, at the Utah State Fairpark and Event Center. This event will feature top athletes competing in BMX, skateboarding, and Moto X. Tickets are currently available for purchase.

From live shows at The Egyptian to delicious food, art galleries, and shopping, Historic Park City comes alive in the spring. it’s the perfect time to head to Main Street. With smaller crowds and FREE parking available until June 29 (excluding special events), you can make the most of the season!

GOOD FOOD
A new Colombian restaurant, Encanto, just opened in Park City, bringing vibrant culture and cuisine. Alejandra Laverde, originally from Bogota, moved to Park City six years ago and is now opening her own restaurant with her family. The menu blends traditional Colombian dishes with creative fusion twists, like the Enchanted Platter featuring carne asada, chicken, chorizo, and more, served with fried plantain and arepa. I haven’t tried it yet, but my husband Jeff went for lunch and liked it a lot—had the hamburger and went back and had the Tairona arepa—he said it was great. Encanto is located at 1890 Bonanza Drive in Prospector.
