It has been a Miracle March here in northern Utah! Mother Nature flipped a switch at the beginning of this month, and the snow has been falling ever since. Some of our local resorts have recorded nearly ten feet of snow so far, and a little more is on the way this weekend before things settle down as we close out the month.

We love spring, which always brings a lovely mix of late-season ski days, exciting real estate developments, and the first hints of warmer weather inviting us outdoors. CLOSING DAY CELEBRATIONS

Closing days at our resorts are always a fun and festive time, as locals celebrate the close of another ski season with lots of on-slope zaniness and some of the best après of the year. Right now the scheduled closing dates are April 20 for Deer Valley and April 21 for Park City. We will keep you posted if anything changes. Hope to see you there!

EARLY SPRING HIKES

As winter fades and before summer crowds arrive, Park City’s trails offer the perfect setting for a peaceful spring hike. Round Valley Trail System is a top choice with over 30 miles of dog-friendly trails that dry out early in the season. For a quieter experience, Glenwild Stealth Trail offers rolling hills and scenic vistas, while McLeod Creek Trail provides a gentle walk along meadows and wetlands near the iconic McPolin Barn. The Quarry Mountain Trail rewards hikers with panoramic ridgeline views, and the Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail stretches 28 miles for those looking for a longer adventure.
