Hannah Hoffman is an experienced real estate operations and transaction professional. She began her career in 2018 with Colorado Group Realty in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, before joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties in 2020 as a Transaction Coordinator and relocating to Park City, Utah.
Today, Hannah is the founder of Transaction Traverse LLC and serves as the Operations Manager for Kerri & Jeff, where she brings a high level of organization, precision, and client service to every aspect of the business. Known for her exceptional attention to detail and strong work ethic, she is a trusted partner for clients navigating the real estate process.
Deeply rooted in the Park City community, Hannah offers in-depth knowledge of local neighborhoods and lifestyle opportunities. When she’s not supporting clients, she enjoys hiking and exploring Utah’s outdoors with her husband and young son.
